The Tunghead Zebra Midge is a great stillwater fly pattern where chironomids are present. Chironomids can represent a significant portion of the trout's diet in stillwater. Also, a great pattern on Tailwater rivers like the South Holston, Watauga, Madison, and Beaverhead; but dually productive on streams like the Davidson in North Carolina.
