Free Standard US Shipping applies to all orders over $17.95. There will be a shipping charge added to all sale items (all sales are final on sale items- no returns please).

International Shipping Rates - US Postal Service:
Our International shipping rates will vary from order to order. United States Postal Service is our preferred method of shipment. Shipping costs are flat rates which are based on order total.

All foreign orders require a phone number.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. containing animal products such as feathers, hairs, furs, skins, etc. will automatically incur a $50.00 health certificate fee. All foreign governments require this certificate for animal products entering their countries.

We are a Platinum Orvis Dealer so most of our products, with the exception of some fly tying, gadgets, and accessories, are from the Orvis Company. The Orvis Company offers one of the best warranties and return policies in the business so be sure to let us know if you have any problems with your Orvis product and we will return it to Orvis for an evaluation. The warranty is honored and regulated by the Orvis Company but we will do our best to get the situation resolved in a timely manner.

Some orders will be drop shipped directly from the Orvis Company (Manchester, Vt. and/or Roanoke, Virginia). Backordered items will be drop shipped as soon as they become available.

Return Policy and Repairs:
Package and return any regularly stocked, unused merchandise to us within 7 days for a full refund, credit, or exchange. All sale, clearance, and special order items may not be returned for any reason other than being defective. All defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for their inspection. Therefore, we can only serve as the shipping agent in these matters.

As with our defective merchandise policy, we can only serve as the shipping agent where repairs are concerned. We cannot determine fault, enforce warranties or control the timeliness of repairs. Payment must accompany all repairs.

A copy of the receipt, packing slip, or invoice should accompany all returns. Include your request for a refund, exchange, or replacement. There is a UPS Return Convenience Label in all the orders that are drop shipped from The Orvis Company. You will be charged accordingly if you decide to return the item(s) with this label. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Rods can be tested on lawns to make sure that it is the proper rod for you, but we are unable to accept a return if the rod has been damaged or has a dirty cork grip. Used reels will not be accepted for return.

Please try on waders and boots inside a clean house to insure a proper fit before using them for outdoor use. Used boots and waders will not be approved for return, exchange, or credit and will be promptly shipped back to you.
