The BooglePopper I believe is the most consistent performer for largemouth and smallmouth bass in low light conditions. After the spawn, when the bass are in their summer pattern, I use the BooglePopper along the shoreline cover in the evening and fish until dark. I know something will hit it, the only variables are how many and how big. The poppers also work well early in the morning and on overcast days. They cost a little more than some other poppers, but they also hold up well and I've use some for more than one season.
