Hareline Life Flex is an oval shaped spandex material which wiggles like crazy (it is very similar to Spirit River Flex Floss). Use it for legs and/or wound floss bodies on dries and nymphs. Its great for patterns like Pats Rubber Legs, as well as, Buzzers.

Great material for adding legs on nymph & bugger patterns. Also works as a rib on various patterns. Plenty of material per hank.
