Streamart Designs Crab Carapaces- These crab carapaces are handmade from a soft material and can be fixed to a hook (AHREX SA280 Saltwater Minnow Fly Tying Hook) with a UV Resin like Deer Creek Diamond Flex UV Resin- Flexible. Mark to your liking with a waterproof marker. The "V" groove allows the tyer to slide mono eye stems into the carapace easily. Each pack contains 5 carapaces (except XLarge which contains 4).

• Size #4 Hook - For a defensive style crab, tie the crab components on the hook in a perpendicular fashion. Add weighted eyes or weight under the body. Fish it on the bottom to imitate a defensive crab posture.

• Size #2 Hook - For a swimming style crab, tie the crab components on the hook in a parallel fashion. Don't add weight and fish it on the top/middle of the water column to imitate a fleeing or swimming crab.

These packs do not contain the legs. (Skeleton) Legs are sold separately.
