They will help to eliminate the need to leave essential gear or clothing at home due to airline weight restrictions. Plus, they significantly reduce the energy expended in walking and wading. Upper is made of quick-drying Clarino microfiber which provides a better strength-to-weight ratio than traditional leather, with lightweight mini rip-stop mesh inserts for added durability without added weight. Abrasion-resistant rubber spray adds an additional layer of protection and durability in high wear zones without added weight. Tightly woven laces offer better abrasion resistance and reduce broken laces. Custom Vibram EVA midsole for all-day comfort over rugged terrain with superior foot protection. Dual durometer Vibram outsole which features a proprietary lug pattern. These boots offer solid traction in wet or dry conditions for hiking to and wading in a slippery stream beds.
