I was greatly disappointed by this product. It's nothing more than reverse tweezers with flat blades. There is no indentation to hold beads so they shoot out the side (if you can pick up a single bead at all). Three small divots (1/32", 3/32" and 1/8" in diameter and about 1/64" deep on BOTH sides of the blades - about 1/8" apart from the point to the middle of the blades would make them perfect for picking up and HOLDING multiple sizes of beads.
